The basic principle for Sound Therapy is that of resonance. Every object is in a state of vibration and therefore creates a sound; this includes the various parts of our body, such as our organs, muscles, bones, etc. If these parts of our body are vibrating at their normal healthy frequency, we call it a "State of Health". If however a portion of our body begins to vibrate at a frequency which is not in harmony with the rest of the body; we call it a "State of Dis-ease".
Using sound to project the correct resonant frequency to the part of the body which is vibrating out of harmony, it may be possible to put it back into harmony; returning it to a normal state of health.
The treatment is carried out utilising a combination of natural touch, vocal sounds, various musical instruments and background music. All you have to do is just lie back and relax whilst the sounds wash over you to correct the energy imbalances.
It may help with:-
- Balancing the body
- Lightening the moment
- Healing trauma
- Relieving pain
- Connecting to the inner self
Using sound to help heal the body is not new and has been used for many years by different cultures.
Sound is a powerful tool; it connects us as people to each other and to our environment.

Rudolph Steiner said: - "There will come a time when a diseased condition will not be described as it is today by physicians and psychologists, but it will be spoken of in musical terms, as one would speak of a piano that was out of tune."
Treatments can take approximately 1hr depending on client's needs

Apart from the bell and the obvious echo - the rest of the sounds you hear are those of the human voice. These intuitive sounds are inspirations from the Earth
I am of Celtic heritage born in Wales in the land of "Song & Heart". Ever since I can remember music has been part of my life, my life revolved around sound. In my family I had a mother and grandfather who were blessed with amazing voices and a grandmother whose sensitivity to the sounds of nature i.e. the wind in the trees, bird song etc. brought me to a new understanding of the power of sound and gave me a love for nature that has never left me.

The blue stones of stone henge have a strong vibratory healing energy.
Maenclochog - (Mean meaning "rock" and clochog meaing "bell") is a village that lies to the south of the Preseli hills where the blue stones come from.
Lithophones (ringing rocks) do sound like a bell when struck.
